Homework & Curriculum Hotlines - Need some help with that homework your student brought home? Have a question about something in the curriculum? Check out these helpful sites for some quick assistance. Most are generic in nature with the user indicating which curricular area they would like help in, others are specific in nature. Their names give you a great hint as to content.

Victor Elementary Grade Level Standards & Curriculum Guides - Find out what the year end expectations are for your student. This link will allow you to type in a specific grade level and find the year end standards for that grade. You will also be able to view the curriculum guides for each grade level.
Writing Links - At Lomitas we use an integrated approach to writing which begins with a mind mapping process (Thinking Maps) and carries over to the finished process (Write From the Beginning). We also utilize the 6+1 Trait Writing Assessment Process developed by the Northwest Regional Educational Laboratory.
Fast ForWord - This reading intervention tool based on years of brain research allows those students most at risk the opportunity to improve their reading skills.
Victor Elementary Technology Scope & Sequence - This document will allow you to see what standards are being taught to your student at each grade level. Some standards will be addressed "out of grade level" in an effort to addressed standards students may have missed at previous schools.
Student Handbook-Need to know the bell schedule? Want to find out what the dress code is? Wondering if there is a bus stop near your house or what the school policies are for attendance.
